Divella Delights

Hi and welcome to my blog. I look forward to your comments and suggestions!

I live in Vermont so of course I love to support Vermont and  New England Artisans when I can. Often, you will see a blog here that does not pertain to jewelry and/or hats in any way.  Somtimes my blog has nothing to do with Vermont in any way, but will  be about a source, link or product that I really like.

Also, be sure and check out my "Links" page for lots of different things from Accessories to Wellness.

Grab and cup of tea, coffee or cocoa, sit back and have a look around, I hope you find something interesting and enjoy your time here!

The 13th annual America Recycles Day

Nov 15 2011

The 13th annual America Recycles Day is today! Here are some ideas for you!

These gift boxes are made from cereal, cracker and other boxes that everyone has around. This tutorial makes it really easy to transform them into beautiful gift boxes which also allows you to use up those little scraps of gift wrap.

I have lots of bead tubes so I use tin cans to organize them by size and color. I use plastic salad containers for threads, yarn, etc...They may not be pretty to look at but it works! What are some other ways we can use them?

Are you looking for other ways to help on America Recycles Day? Try doing a search for upcycled goods this year when you shop for gifts! Etsy.com has plenty!!
