Felted Flapper This hat was created with 100% wool made by Cascade. After knitting it was felted. The design on the hat was then hand needle felted onto the hat using beautiful roving that I have purcahsed locally. This hat is actually a very deep green although it looks black. The needle felted portion is red and purple. Reference: 18678
