Shipping

Items purchased will be shipped the same day or next business day after payment is received. In the U.S. your shipping is my treat for regular mail delivery.

I cannot be responsible for packages lost by the USPS so I ship all packages via USPS with delivery confirmation. I have not lost a package yet using this method.

Priority shipping is an available option at Paypal checkout.

International Shipping is available at Priority rates only and will be calculated at Paypal checkout.

If you wish to purchase insurance or have expedited delivery please contact me at info@divelladelights.com prior to purchase.

Vases will be shipped insured and is included in the cost.

Returns are gladly accepted if the items are postage stamped within 4 days of the delivery date as posted on the delivery confirmation from the USPS. Returned items must be in their original condition. Any vases returned must be insured for the purchase amount.

Refunds for returns are made for the entire amount less shipping and Paypal fees and will be made via PayPal. Refunds are made twice monthly.
