Items purchased will be shipped the same day or next business day after payment is received.

I cannot be responsible for packages lost by the USPS so I ship all packages via USPS with delivery confirmation, which is included in the shipping cost. I have not lost a package in the last year since I began shipping this way.

Vases will be shipped insured and is included in the cost.

Returns are gladly accepted if they are shipped back within 3 days of the delivery date as posted on the delivery confirmation from the USPS. Returned items must be in their original condition. Any vases returned must be insured for the purchase amount.
